Built to accurately spread homogenous sauce, centrally on the base, leaving the outer edges of the base uncovered. Operates on both continous and ontermittent motion lines

Suitable for dosing a wide variety of cheeses (mozzarella, emmenthal, paresan, grated or shredded cheddar). Specially designed to dose the cheese evenly over the base without depositing, on the outer edge.

Suitable for the application of topping such as: Chilled or frozen diced products (ham, salami, shrimps, mushrooms, tomato and peppers etc.).

These are single or double lines suitable for Central Catering Kitchens service and for the Food Industry. Simple and rational lines with complete mechanic operation can be pre-arranged to be used whether with "G" closures or heat-sealed closures simply by changing the closing tool.
