Built to accurately spread homogenous sauce, centrally on the base, leaving the outer edges of the base uncovered. Operates on both continous and ontermittent motion lines


Doser (cheese) DF/SP
Suitable for dosing a wide variety of cheeses (mozzarella, emmenthal, paresan, grated or shredded cheddar). Specially designed to dose the cheese evenly over the base without depositing, on the outer edge.


Doser (vegetable) DV/CS
Suitable for the application of topping such as: Chilled or frozen diced products (ham, salami, shrimps, mushrooms, tomato and peppers etc.).
